The introduction often takes place at your home, where we discuss the entire sales process and all other issues that are important. After my visit I will send you a sales report which shows a sales price with substantiation of the sales value, an overview of the work and a commission proposal.
If you choose me as your agent I will start building up your file. A good presentation of the property is of great importance. I will be accompanied by a professional photographer and a company that measures up your house to make the Nen 2580 report, followed by writing a professional text both in Dutch and English.
Before the property is registered on Funda, the file must be complete with all the relevant details: all documents from the owners' association, the cadastral data of the property, all legal documents, the NVM questionnaire and the list of items. In addition to Funda, the property will also be registered on the MVA site and on my website, DDB Makelaardij.
I will keep you well informed of the progress on the first viewings. Once the house is sold, the deed of sale will be signed at the notary.
Off course I will remain involved after the transfer of the house and, whenever necessary and if required, I will assist you further with my advice and assistance.
