Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases in the lives of most people. It is therefore wise to engage a real estate agent who looks after your interests and prevents of making rapid decisions or to prevent you from being misled.
The collaboration starts with a meeting in which we discuss your wishes, options and costs.
I then accompany you to the viewings and observe with a critical eye. This gives me a better picture of what your ideal house should look like. Once we have found the house, I will read all documentation, such as the owners' association and legal documents, go through them with you and advise the value of the house. Homes are regularly sold through a registration. Buyers can then make a one-off final proposal in which I will of course also give advice. In case there is no registration, I will negotiate in order to achieve the best possible price. Depending on the situation, a construction check can be carried out. If our mission is successful and the house is purchased, a visit to the notary is next. Naturally, I will remain involved until the house is in your possession, whenever necessary and if required, I will assist you with my advice and assistance.
